Alcatel 7250 Service Access Switch (SAS)
The used Alcatel-Lucent 7250 familty of Service Access Switchs. Choose between three Alcatel 7250 chassis configurations. The original Alcatel 7250 3HE001188AA and the Alcatel 7250 3HE01189AA 2-slot and the Alcatel 7250 3HE03250AA 2-slot w/4 contact inputs through a DB-9 interface. Both the Alcatel-Lucent 7250 3HE00189AA and Alcatel-Lucent 7250 3HE03250AA contains 12-port SFP 100Base-FX and 8-port 10/100Base-T Ethernet interfaces with 2 SFP GigE Uplink ports and 2-slots for CES Modules. The Alcatel-Lucent 7250 3HE001188AA contains the 12-port SFP 100Base-FX and 8-port 10/100Base-T Ethernet interfaces, but does not contail the 2 SFP GigE uplink ports.
The Alcatel-Lucent 7250 SAS is purpose built to support data, voice and video applications. The Alcatel 7250 SAS product integrates MPLS, Ethernet and TDM technologies onto a single MEF 9 and MEF 14 certifield platform. MPLS includes Fast Re-Route (FRR), loose-hop switched paths (LSPs), and Resource Reservation Protocol with Traffic Engineering (RSVP-TE) Ethernet VLAN stacking per IEEE 802.1q with a veriety of Fast Ethernet and Gigabit (GigE) interfaces.
