IBM 8222 10 Mbps Ethernet Hub The IBM 8222 family of unmanaged ethernet hubs provide low cost ethernet 10Base-T connections with scalability through cascading. The IBM 8222 offers three different models. The IBM 8222-001 provides 6 RJ45 10Base-T ethernet ports. The IBM 8222-008 provides 8 RJ45 10Base-T ethernet ports. The IBM 8222-016 provides 16 10Base-T ethernet ports. Each model is compatible with other IBM ethernet hubs. All models come with an alternate MDI 10Base-T port for expansion with other ethernet hubs.
