IBM 8245 10/100 Stackable Ethernet Hub The IBM 8245 10/100 Ethernet Hub is a dual speed (10Base-T and 100Base-TX), dual back plane stackable hub. There are four models available. The IBM 8245-112 and the IBM 8245-124 are managed hubs that can manage the IBM 8245-012 and the IBM 8245-024 in a stacked Ethernet configuration. A maximum of six hubs can be in one stack providing up to 144 ports in the stack. The IBM 8245 model 012 and the IBM 8245 model 024 are manageable hubs which can be used with managed hubs or by themselves in a stack of up to six. The IBM 8245 model 112 and the IBM 8245 model 124 are both managed hubs that provide management to a stack of hubs. Managed hubs support SNMP, four groups of RMON and are Web Server accessible.
